Truman,

As someone who wants to head south at some point to do some rides, what
do you recommend as a pad that would be cooler?  We don't really have
much of a heat problem up here in the NW.  If it is hot, it is also
dry, so  a lot of drenching solves any potential heat problem even with
my VERY black horse.

AND, were you using a dryback or a regular skito?

Has anyone had experience with a Skito Dryback Pad that they would be
willing to share?  I'm considering buying one, but would like to get
input from people who have used them.  I'm particularly wanting to
know if the pad rubs the hair off the horse's loins.  I'd appreciate
anyone's information.  Many thanks.
