I have updated the current list of USEF International High Performance Dues 
payees at:

Sue and Dennis Summers are the new additions to the Endurance list this week.

Please remember if you are a US rider, that to compete in an FEI International 
(CEI) event this year, you must satisfy the 
USEF nomination/approval criteria. 

These include for US riders:
 
- USEF Membership
- USEF Endurance Discipline Dues
- USEF International High Performance Dues
- USEF Horse Registration


non USEF participants need to have:
- a letter of nomination from their National Federation

All competitors must have:

- FEI Rider Registration ID
- FEI Horse Registration ID
- National or International Horse Passport
- Equine Vaccinations 
- Current Coggins and Health certificates

I am still receiving calls from people who inform me that USEF is suggesting 
that you wait untill you attend an event to pay the IHP (or other) dues. 

Please attempt to reduce time and effort at event registration by completing 
these payments now, through the USEF membership services.
