Do you mean training rides, or competition?  I will ride in heavy pouring rain
for competition, but don't see much point in doing so for training rides...
unless it's a major planned outing that I've been looking forward to, that is. 
Not for routine training rides though.  Drizzle, yes, I'll ride, but not heavy
pouring rain.
