Hmmm - I never heard that one before. I've been concentrating on keeping my torso and head warm and haven't thought at all about arms and legs. I know my legs aren't warm because when I come in, the skin there is kind of numb. I always figured I had enough padding on my thighs that cold wouldn't make any difference.
