Yes, I snapped my femur bone in two, right above my knee about 4 yrs
ago. One very expensive rod later, 6 months on crutches, my knee hurts quite
often. Best physical therapy was getting back to riding but after 35 miles
or so I am wolfing down aleve. It took me a very long time to
ride balanced again, I kept soring up my gelding's back when I first started
riding again.
