Re: [RC] Shameless plug for my 'hood - John TeeterYikes - at those prices, my "hood" can use some more horsey company too!! lots of trails - year round riding - 10 days of sanctioned endurance rides right there and 5,000,000 or so BLM acres to ride on. 90% of the homes having horse facilities (there are 5 homes (currently) on 40-200 acre lots), but many more could be made available!! (and they split up Mirv's place into parcels last year - a few of those are left I think:) I'm not a realtor either:) ... but for those prices I might consider parting some of the upper 200:) jt.
