[RC] Trailblazer Magazine - Ridecamp Guest

After reading the comments, I too subscribed to this magazine on the internet 
and my credit card was billed. 3 months later -- no magazine. I had called and 
talked to the people that answer their phones with no help about half dozen 
times and sent emails. I never have been called or emailed back. I finally 
contacted the Arizona Better Business Bureau and my problem was resolved in 
about a month. I received 2 magazines in the mail and a refund for my 
subscription. I really like their magazine but they had/have NO customer 
service and that is a problem for me.
I do hope things have changed -- but honestly after that mess, I am little gun 
shy to say the least.
