Thanks Heidi for such a great write up regarding barefoot.

To all you barefoot riders. did you ever hear of a working cowboy trying to 
ride barefoot.  Why do you think they invented horseshoes in the first place, 
hundered plus years ago? To be cruel? No, so that they could ride and work over 
long distances.  Sound cruel to you, to protect your horses hooves?
