[RC] deadly bicyclist - Jonni

Perhaps this story should be published in a Mountain Bikers Magazine or
Bycyclist Magazine. Education is paramount in raising the consciencous of
all concerned! - D'Arcy<<<<

One must consider the other viewpoint that some bike riders might have. If
the horse were not on the trail, it would not have spooked. We need to work
together, and consider the views of BOTH groups of trail users. Some areas I
have ridden in, have shared trails, and other trails that they have for only
horse, or only bike use. Narrow steep trails do not always lend themselves
to multi use. But be careful for what you ask for, as many mountain bike
riders do NOT like horses, and will fight to make that trail a no horse
trail.

We are losing trails in some areas, so work together with other groups for
multi use and safety.
