[RC] Specialized Saddles/High Withers - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

I had both my horses fit to the International. Both have really
large withers, one is a narrow horse, other is wide with a sway
back (he is 24). I ride as a HW and then some. This last fall I
demo'd the International cold turkey on a multiday ride, as my
English saddle had finally eaten my horse's back for lunch. From
the first day I rode in the Specialized I liked it, Tempo and I
finished the season doing 160 miles of the multiday in this saddle, AND his
back survived. He has since completely healed,
and I find I have been able to do those really long 3hr and up
walking pleasure rides, which would normally mean a few days
off, and so far no problems. They make a higher pommel, or like
me, you may be able to just use the thicker pads. Good luck, I
think you'll be happy. Good thing is if you do have fitting
problems, you should be able to get them corrected without
buying another saddle.
