You obviously don't see my point so I'll try to spell it out real slow and clear for you. If there was a set rule stating that you present at vet-in in the footwear your horse will be competing in then I would have had his easyboots on him walking to the vet, therefore the rock he stepped on would not have hurt his foot therefore he would not have been dq'd due to lameness at the trot. My point has to do with the situation in general. The only reason I brought what happened to me up is as an example.
