This horse was diagnosed with WLD about 2 years ago and shoes were the recommended cure. By the time I saw the horse he had 20 degrees of rotation in his RF and 2 degrees in his LF. I pulled the shoes and started bringing his toes way back. It's worth going to that link and looking at the photos....poor horse, anyone will totally cringe when they see the toe length, flaring and cracks on that horse....I am wondering; how long those shoes were on the horse....it -looks- like the shoes were put on a very bad trim to begin with...
