I'm sorry but I have to say that this is just
not true.  The President of the US and FEMA and HOME LAND 
SECURITY knew, they were briefed on exactally what
would happen in New Orleans if a catagory 4 or
above hurricane would hit,  right down to the
levies failing and the body count.  Go hide your 
head in the sand and pray a natural dissaster does 
not hit your town.

On my way there to help set up an mash dialysis unit.
