Well, Hooray! Someone else who thinks the same as I do. I truly believe that doing a 50 at 5 years is unwise, and doing a 100 at 5 is extremely unwise. I recall a 5-year-old that won our Swanton Pacific at 5, and I've never heard of that horse since.

First I wouldn't buy a 3 yo nor do a 50 at 5. Add two years, pick a 5 yo to do a 50 at 5 to 7, then the following would be my criteria.
