[RC] [RC] Easyboot new or old? - Dreamweaver

The new easyboots also have a thicker sole on the bottom. I think that is part of why they are working so great on a barefoot horse for endurance.

This weekend I took more photos, and even some video showing how I have been wrapping the pasterns on an endurance ride when I'm using the Epics. I had been wrapping just the pasterns, but have found that I can wrap the entire foot and the boot still fits well, and by doing that the wrap stays in place much better.

The video is rough, I didn't do much pre-planning, just went out to the barn and did it in about 10 minutes. The album I did shows the same thing as the video, so if you can't view one or the other, it's basically the same information. The wrap I am actually using is from countrysupply.com and I think costs around .89 cents a roll. It sticks much better then the purple wrap I used for these photos.

Here is the link, and the new album and .mov files are linked at the top:

In the photo album, Photo #20, 21 and 22 will show what the new boots look like on the front, and it's easy to compare that to an older boot. http://sunriseranchrides.com/epics/pasternwrap/wrapping_pasterns.html
