[RC] Easyboot question - Lysane Cree

What should I look for in telling the difference between the 2005 Easyboots and the older Easyboots? I ordered some Easyboots (not directly from Easy Care, but from a mail order tack shop). I was sent the sizing for the new Easyboots, but when I ordered by phone, the person did know about Easyboots Epics. They said the only gaiter they had was for the Boa Boot. The person on the phone did not seem to know anything about the Epics.
So now I have a pair of Easyboots, but I'm wondering if they are the older model. They did not come with a cotter pin. I plan on keeping them even if they are the older model. If they are the older model, I still would order a pair of Easyboot Epics with the gaiter attached (probably directly from Easycare) since I can use the gaiters at home when there is alot of mud, but would not be able to use them in competitive trail.
Any ideas?
Lysane
