[RC] Lost horse (scenting) - RHightshoe<Horses are very good at scenting things. There are some folks on the west coast that are teaching horses scent discrimination and use horses to help find downed game.> If anyone has a website on folks teaching horses to find downed game, please email me. For 25 years I raised and trained Bloodhounds to scent discriminate and find lost or missing persons. Sometimes I worked a hound off-lead while on horse back. I always dreamed of being able to train and ride a horse that would scent discriminate and track people like a Bloodhound. Can you imagine being able to track someone by using a 24lb. nose and riding in a saddle! Bob
