MArk's cousin just got a BRAND NEW Esplanade -- the luxury Cadillac SUV ---(We can't afford one of those--- my luxury SUV is a horse!) because his 3 year old one had been in and out of the shop so many times. Contact the dealer and say you are going to file under the protections of this law and see what happens. Good luck!
