In the Midwest all rides are set up to allow riders to ride twice in one weekend. Rides late in the day work. Rides on Sunday also work.

In addition to using an LD for this purpose, CTR rides are offered on both Saturday and Sunday. It is a good system. It does produce more revenue for the RM allowing a smaller ride to break even.

Contrary to some opinions, CTR and Endurance and LD can coexist on the same venue using the same vets. Under the UMECRA CTR rules (they are on the web) the vets part is like judging the vet part of a AERC BC on a different form.
