[RC] Sport saddle flaps -ideas? - Shirley Woolaver

I love my Bob Marshall saddle but the flaps covering the rings for the latigo are bunching up under my legs and causing rubs on the inside of my knee. I have heard that this is a common problem and wondering if anyone has come up with a solution?
