[RC] re/ cutting pad down - L gin

Subject: Cutting pad down
Sent: Saturday, July 9, 2005 6:04 PM
A shoe repair shop may be able to help you. I have had them resew or cut biothane adjustments for me and boot repairs. Their machines can handle the thickness...I have sewn for years and somtimes remake or make my own pads and stuff. But most home machines cannot get that thickness under the presser foot...... It could be cut off with a rotarty cutter and sewn, bound by hand --- not fun..... but do-able...Try the sew reapair guys.....
