you're right bob.  19% is more than the "cream".   i worked on a dairy farm for 14 years.  the cream is usually 3 to 3.5 percent.   you can get the percentage up a little higher by increasing the fiber content in the cow's diet.    perhaps the same kind of thinking, metaphorically, would apply here.     cowboy (i didnt graduate 6th grade for nothing) ed
