[RC] re:RC Arnica - Judy Houle

I swear by arnica gel, I've been using it for years on
endurance rides both on my horses and myself. I never
start aride without packing it on my saddle. The
sooner you use it after an injury the better it works.
I got kicked by a stallion on a ride, ended up 4 feet
away in a fetal position, applied it almost
immediately, and it never even bruised. There was
some lumpiness and pain in my thigh, but no bruising.

I always apply either Sore No More or straight Arnica
gel to my horse's legs after a ride and Sore No More
to his larger muscles. A little of the gel goes a
long way, so the $6 tube lasts a pretty long time. I
just wish it came in a plastic tube because it would
pack better in my saddle bag. The metal tubes tend to
crack and leak unless you pack it very carefully. If
you did a google search you might be able to find a
deal on it somewhere.
