Really? I don’t remember reading this anywhere. I have trouble
getting them to record a ride when I send in the form. They have lost
several of them. Where is this procedure documented? HOW do they do this?
Do they go online periodically and check for every member horse?

records for mileage verification now, instead of the form to have the RM sign,
but evidently some in the office don't know this or ???.
