program charges $3 processing fee for every ride. This seems fair to
me, because if you ride more miles, you pay more, and those years you don't, you
don't!
AHA is now supposed to use AERC records
for mileage verification now, instead of the form to have the RM sign, but
evidently some in the office don't know this or ???.
