[RC] Modipher EQ Mist--Has anyone tried it? - Patsy Davis

Recently in THE HORSE I saw an ad for a product called Modipher EQ Mist which states:

"Mimics the natural calming pheromone mares secrete that soothes and reassures their nursing foals"  and will help reduce a horse's fear and anxiety in situations such as trailering, shoeing, separation anxiety, etc.  Has anyone tried it?  Does it work?  Would it work on another type of equine, such as a mule?

One of my mules is very unhappy when being hauled; pawing and pawing and sometimes kicking when we are stopped in traffic.  This gets better after a while in the trailer but I am wondering if this product could help her start off a little calmer.

Thanks,  Patsy
