Re: [RC] Shoeing - Truman PrevattI've done a ride two days after a shoeing and I've done a ride four weeks after. I normally have a five week rotation - so six weeks isn't an option.. I usually always try to be at around one to two weeks for a ride but I also usually only do one ride a month so this is easy to work out but now I am running into some rides that are only a couple weeks apart and hate to re-shoe every three weeks . I went to a ride a couple weeks ago with a friend and her horse was at six weeks on her shoeing , isn't this putting allot of stress on the legs ?
