They're saying they are just moving it (merely shifting part of it, actually), so why not give them the benefit of the doubt??? If they were not putting forth a concrete proposal for where they're going to put it (if they were just saying, "we need to close the current location, but we'll open a new site in the future..."), then I might have some concerns. But sheesh, they're just moving the dang thing a bit. It's when groups immediately think the worst and grab up arms and gird for battle when there *is* no battle, that they (in this case, equestrians) lose credibility and get labelled as radicals.
