District in the county in which the property is located. They are a
non-regulatory agency supported by local and federal tax $$ and then can
help you determine management practices and advise you on regulations as
well.

recommendation as well as educational materials relating to setting up horse
properties in an environmentally sensitive and responsible manner, which can
benefit your horse's well-being. HCW can also help advice you on mud, manure
and pasture management techniques.
