[RC] Horse/people massage - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

I have gotten professional massages for my horse and she seems
to really like it. Does it make a big difference on an irregular basis, hard
to tell. However, I started massaging and stretching her her myself on a
regular basis and I thought it made a difference. There are books on both
topic and some
books combine topics.

As for me, I have been concentrating on my dressage lately. I
have been having deep muscle massages for three weeks not and
let me tell you it has improved my riding easily over 50%. I
can move my body in ways I haven't been able to in a long time.
I can move my body so I can turn my horse without reins. Deep
muscle massage is not-repeat-not relaxing and can leave you a
little sore, but the results are worth it. The problem can be
finding a good masseuse. If you don't like one look for another. So if it
works for me (or you) I guess it works for
the horse.
