I am writing again about my little pony Gem.... I have been given some 
advice that what he might have had to cause all this problem, weight loss, 
etc... was a certain parasite... and the only thing that will kill this bug 
is Quest or a product containing Moxidectin.  I have never been a fan of 
this wormer, therefore have never used it... Now I am going to try.... My 
question is, I know it is very weight conscious... so I will be very 
careful there... his weight has dropped to just a little over 600 pounds, 
so I will use that as my gauge.... I need to know what is the soonest I 
would know there if there is a problem like if he couldn't handle it, or 
what is the longest it could take if he should have a load of worms that 
would cause him trouble passing them... I can't for see that, but I just 
want to ask and be sure.  I hope there are some vets out there..
