Yes, that is what I mean - trails where it is prudent to slow down and be careful. Stuff like lots of ups and downs, rocks, tree roots, bad footing, narrow twisting trails through dense woods, etc. It would be in contrast to a flat, fast course where the trails were wide, footing is good, and terrain is relatively flat.

When you use the term "technical" in describing a ride, what do you mean? Does this refer to degree of difficulty, ie: rocky hills, maybe, or trail configuration?
