Pioneer is the "official term" for a ride of at least 3 days of at least 155 miles (maybe there were a few 150 mile 3 day rides grandfathered in). Multi- is defined as "more than one" and at least back here many people use the term multiday pretty loosely to refer to a ride with more than one day.
