Not only that but be sure you know how to use it, you are willing to be 
killed ( if you draw a gun you have just raised the price of poker), you 
are willing to kill someone or you are willing to spend time in jail. If 
you draw a gun you are now the "aggressor."

Get a lawyer, find out all the facts and get a court order if you have 
to. Then it if is violated it is they that will will spend jail time. 
Take the law into your own hands and it might be you.
