[RC] house/barn - Alice Yovich

I wanted to do this on my property in IN. I wanted to build the barn to have a 1200 sf apartment upstairs, but I couldn't ever convince my ex husband it was practical. I stayed in a Bed/Barn over the summer a couple years ago and it was so cool to hear the horses below us as we went to sleep. I'd consider this in the future if I ever get land again.
