Re: [RC] Day of the Horse - Karen SullivanAnother thing I learned into the research in to the Sheldon NWR (National Wildlife Refuge) situation is that apparently horses under BLM jurisdiction are the only ones given protection under the Wild Horse and Burro Act from the 70's. Horses on federally mananged land can be rounded up and sent away, no questions asked.
