[RC] Elwin Wines Story - Nancy Sturm
My Grandson rides in the same 4-H club as Elwin Wines' grandaughter, who rides a very nice Kiger mustang gelding.
The 4-H leader pointed out to them that she thought they should adjust the fit of the horse's breastplate.
Before the next meeting, they had made the adjustment - with the application of an appropriately placed Tevis buckle!
