I concur with those who suggest that you should have a specialist see your
horse--and if you are in Spokane, I'd suggest that it would be well worth
the time to get a referral down to Washington State, since that is less
than two hours away from you.  I've not kept track of who is there in
ophthamology, but they generally have a board-certified veterinary
ophthamologist on staff.
