thanks, patsy, for informing us of this.

i finally saw the bryant gumble program sunday evening.  even though i'd 
read some on ridecamp (can't read 'em all) and did some internet searches i 
wasn't totally prepared for the program.

i agree with bryant and his guest that money is one way to make a point 
with these people but i also agree very strongly that the idea of peer 
pressure (by not allowing them to 'play' with the rest of us) probably 
would help as much as anything.

howard, you keep us posted and the rest of us will try to write letters to 
those that might be able to make a difference.
