A leatherman tool is not tack. Ad infinitum! Please, weigh just as the AERC rules state, body and tack. But that's just the problem, Bob. In your mind water and leather tools are not tack. Some people believe they are tack. Some would say the water bottle is tack, but not the water in it (meaning you weigh with the empty bottles). As you say, ad infinitum. And they all believe their definition is "common sense."
