[RC] Cinches, Girths, Etc - Val Nicoson

Until my mare grew out of her western saddle we had
used a western cinch without elastic and she was fine
for the past 4 years.
We've since been trying some saddles until we find
what works for her. Meanwhile most of these we have
used an english styled girth and usually with elastic
on one or both ends.
As a result she has become very sore underneath in her
cinch groove area. Yet most of the soreness is
directly underneath.
What is the possibility of her not liking an english
girth and/or elastic ends?
Thanks for helping me with this brainstorming,
Val + Sania
