Nicely written Truman.  I might add that Joe is very generous with his time and his knowledge.  He helped me on numerous occasions as a newbie and continues to be a mentor to me.  His horse always comes first; any advice you get from Joe Schoech always comes from that perspective.  I can't think of a higher endorsement than that.
