[RC] selling a horse on a trial basis - how to best handle a Purchase Agreement? - Ridecamp Guest

Please Reply to: Laurie Lreiser@xxxxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
==========================================

I sell all of my horses that are under saddle with a two week
trial period..they pay for the horse in full, I cash the check,
keep the money and the Papers...If it's a large sum I ask that
they carry Insurance on the horse.

The horse can be returned (at their cost if shipping is
involved) for any reason within the trial period for a refund.
The refund amount is based on the physical and mental condition
of the horse upon it's return..
