Hey ya-- allllll-- found some property betwen Sand Mtn. and Lookout 

mtn. in Alabama for sale where up there is there to ride? 


You'd be my next door neighbor. If you went to the top of Lookout you could be 
at Pigeon Mtn. in no time. (it's a branch of Lookout) There's over 40 miles of 
rugged horse trails, 4 routes up the mtn. Theres miles of private dirt roads on 
the side of Lookout and on top. Be a good neighbor and you'd slowly get 
permission. You'd be near the Cloudland Canyon area which is beautiful but 
pretty rugged, no riding there. I live at the base of Lookout. Lookout Mtn. has 
Lookout Creek along the bottom which is the size of a river west of the 
Mississippi. It can block you from access to mountain trails if you're not 
located near a shallow place or a bridge. Sand Mountain grows the best Coastal 
Bermuda around. $2.25 in the field if you don't talk like a Yankee. If you do, 
I'll be willing to translate and tell them you're mute. :-)

    Our place is being overrun by subdivisons and clearcutting--I really 
want to move!!!!!
   We can get this place for about 100,000 less than ours is worth, with 3x 
the land and comparable house and useable barn....
