[RC] Utah, other MT states - Lonnie Ruesch

I live in so. Utah, and don't ever want to live anywhere else. Yes we live in the desert where it gets hot, but then we just trailer an hour to the mountains to ride. But we have year round riding here, and spectacular scenery (Washington Co. alone has 60,000 + acres in a habitat reserved for hiking, biking, and horse riding.) And I am told property costs are extremely reasonable compared to Vegas and California. We live in an equestrian community, six miles out of town, where all lots are 1 acre or more. Cost for a lot runs about $75,000 max.

Lonnie
