Honda makes those really small, quiet generators...2kw
I think....even the larger 3kw are not bad at
49db-52db.  Is it mainly the really loud generators or
ALL generators people have problems with?  Personally,
I have trouble sleeping with silence, so the hum of
one of these little (not the big loud ones) generators
will lull me to sleep:)
