PerezI actually bought the material to make just such a thing )and also a neck-covering to keep flies off- my horse HATES deer fly): I got tulle from a local fabric store (also got some to keep the 17 year cicadas off a small japanese maple). Of course I have yet to actually MAKE the thing yet.... but I have the materials. I've been thinking about making a fly sheet styled rump rug for keeping the dive bombing horse flies off after seeing how bad they were in OK this w/e.
