A friend clocked Holly at a 'good' trot..not fully extended but getting there at 13-15 mph...go gaited Morgans Smiley emoticon.  There are times I'm sure her gallop is slower than her fastest trot.  Her only actual 'gait' is a singlefoot, but she's also been known to (once or twice anyway) pace...ugh!
