Yes, as long as it is sound.  Conformation is not an issue in determining
whether or not a horse passes a vet check.

One thing ride vets sometimes joke about is that we vet a lot of horses
through checks that we might not want to buy...  <g>  But the only issue
with regard to the movement part of the examination is whether the horse
is sound or not.
