Re: [RC] Could have been a bad accident - Ed & Wendy HauserIf you purchase a new lock washer it will help. A new lockwasher and loctitie on a properly degreased nut and ball will surely work. The ultimate is to tighten the nut then drill a hole through the nut and bolt and wire it on with stainless steel wire. Before going to heroics on the OF saddle, I'd make sure that both the screw and the threads are clean and degreased then put the loctite on.
